The LM 2070, with a larger and more powerful drive, is MICROMO’s latest offering for linear motors from the FAULHABER Group. The LM 2070 measures 20 x 28 x 70 mm and weighs just 236 grams. It offers a peak force of up to 27.6 N, and it is available with different stoke lengths that range from 40 to 120 mm.
This unique, incremental encoder is an excellent match for applications such as optics, small medical and laboratory equipment and instrumentation. A range of resolutions and multiple output options are available, including resolutions of 16, 32 and 64 line counts with A, B and Z (reference) channels.
With long product life and superior robustness as hallmark benefits, the CXR series is a new generation of graphite commutated motors that offers a powerful package and dynamic range to diverse applications.
The new planetary gearheads of the 32A series come in one to four stage variants and are available in 17 finely graduated reduction ratios from 4:1 to 2076:1. Combinable with DC-Micromotors from Ø 26 to 32 mm, the gearheads develop a torque of 4.5 Nm in continuous operation and up to 6 Nm in intermittent operation.
For various reduction ratios, the standard full metal ball bearing supported precision gearheads are also optionally available as a Low Noise variant. On the output side, the gearheads feature standardized mounting holes for optimum fixing in application.
Magnetic Encoders Series IE3-256 (L) for Combination with DC-Micromotors
The new incremental encoders of the IE3-256 (L) series, featuring robust housings and a compact 22 x 18 mm format, are designed specially for combination with motors from the CR and CXR series and controllers of the SC 2804 or MCDC 30xx series. The encoders are available as standard in four factory-preset resolutions of 32, 64, 128 or 256 pulses.
An additional index channel provides for optimum actuation especially for demanding positioning tasks. The product is optionally available in a Linedriver version with differential output.
New R22i Optical Encoder
The new R22i has rugged PET 530 housing material with an IP-40 rating, making it a perfect match for light automation and office automation applications. It fits where much larger and more costly encoders are generally required, making the R22i the perfect choice for saving space and benefiting from high resolution Opto-ASIC technology
The new AMT102/103 capacitive encoders are designed with proprietary, code-generating technology that represents a breakthrough in cost vs. resolution. Capacitive encoders use an AC field transmitter, patterned rotor, field receiver, and a proprietary ASIC to convert modulated signals into output pulses that can be read by the same circuits used to receive optical or magnetic encoder output.
A newly developed compact design - reliable and long-lasting.
