MICROMO’s Clean Room Subassembly Facility

MICROMO’s 12,000 square foot clean room subassembly area offers benchmark custom assemblies by highly trained staff.  The flexibility inherent in on-site machining and assembly facilities, together with versatile standard program, allows MICROMO customers to choose from a wide spectrum of custom and semi-standard options. MICROMO currently supports over 5000 special executions worldwide. These include special bearing systems and lubrication, special commutation and brush systems, special coil voltages, extended temperature range versions, custom lead wires connectors, and cabling, modified shaft configurations, thru-shafts, and hollow shafts and modified motor geometry. Motors and gearhead assemblies for autoclavable handpieces, operation in a vacuum, implantable devices, aerospace, down-hole drilling, industrial hygiene, semiconductor automation, environmental measurement, and a wide variety of other highly customized applications are available.
The most important element of MICROMO's focus on our customers is our commitment to quality. We are ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 Certified as well as RoHS Compliant. We stand behind our product range, which includes only the world's highest quality, micro DC drive systems, components and controls. With a complete testing lab in house, all products go through rigorous incoming and outgoing inspections prior to delivery. Upon request, we routinely perform special qualification and application-specific testing for customers.
