Micro Drives

Micro-Drives DC motors were designed to offer a cost-effective solution for challenging OEM applications where reliability and precision are vital. The micro DC motors are compact, lightweight and powerful.

Micro-Drives DC motors offer strong efficiencies and a high peak load through use of premium ferrite materials and optimized magnet systems. The DC motors are rated in power from 0.34 W to 100 W with mounting options for encoders and for planetary and spur gearheads with torque up to 10 Nm.

DC Micromotors feature:

  • High precision performance
  • Low brush contact resistance
  • Less power required
  • Graphite commutation achieves extended service life

The Micro-Drives line of gearmotors are designed to offer a cost-effective solution for challenging OEM applications where reliability and precision are required. The micro DC motors used in the gearmotors are slot wound iron core drives and are paired with metal precision planetary gearheads that range in power output from 0.6 W up to 60 W. Integral magnetic encoders are available as an option for the DC gearmotors.
